I started with DU/BDU in October 2020 and finished in March 2021.
I came to Shay after attending a free webinar advertised on Facebook about overcoming singleness. At that point in my life, my dating experiences were horrific. I was meeting the same kind of guys, which were the same guys that I was trying to get away from. I wanted, desired, and knew that I deserved better but I continued to find myself in a cycle of emotionally unavailable men who did not have the same goals in life as me. So when I saw the advertisement on Facebook, I figured "why not?" It wasn't like I had much to lose, but had everything to gain. I attended the webinar and I was automatically drawn in. At the end of the webinar, I had the opportunity to schedule a one-on-one with Shay to enroll in BDU. I was nervous and anxious during the one-on-one and in sharing my story, Shay had expressed concerns about me being emotionally detached. To hear that was startling! Like, how am I not in touch with my emotions? Is this the reason that I am attracting emotionally unavailable men?
I officially started my journey on October 27, 2020. First thing was first, I needed to reattach myself to my emotions! I read Shay's book, The Single D.I.V.A's Guide to The Science of Attracting Love and completed all the assignments, attended our bi-weekly sessions, and completed all of the modules in her program. To say that the work was easy would be a lie! I had to uncover and heal from things that I didn't know were still haunting me. But once I did...I was a new me! I loved myself more, I felt real emotions, I had hope, and I knew for sure that my husband was waiting for me!
Well, as promised shortly before completing BDU, I met my soulmate/partner/bestie! I promise you, I would have never met him if it was not for Shay! I would not have even looked in his direction and if I would have given him a chance, I know that I would have found a lame reason to no longer date him. I would have missed out on a blessing. We are still going strong, while making marriage preparations! So if you are on the fence, I say jump on over so that you can uncover your love blocks, heal, and meet your soulmate! I am no longer dating mindlessly
No shame or shyness about feeling lost or confused and needing healing
I understand masculine and feminine balance and how one's personal balance affects what/who they attract.
I am a stronger and more intentional creator.
Trying new things and discomfort will lead to breakthroughs
This journey continues!

Many of us come to Shay to help us find our Perfect partner and Soulmate but that is only part of her amazing program. To all my Diva sisters I say seek more and trust the process. I was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2020 and if you know anything about chakras you will know that a block Chakra can manifest things in your body. That is what happened to me. With Shay's program I was able to heal all parts of my body. Today I went for my 6 month mammogram that they said I would have to do for the next twos and my CT scan. Thank you for the cup of healing Shay, not only were my scans clear but I only need to do yearly scans. My body is healing itself and I know it's because of Diva University.

I needed to go deeper to do the inner work so that I could heal and move forward to have the life that I wanted...
I started following Shay on instagram for a year and I was gleaning what I could from her lives but I wanted more of the teachings that she had to offer . I invested in myself and joined Boss Diva University after a one on one with Shay. I knew that I needed more than just therapy. I needed to go deeper to do the inner work so that I could heal and move forward to have the life that I wanted. Since joining the program Shay helped me to identify what was holding me back from having the love and the life that I wanted and now I have the confidence and the knowledge that I need to go get it!
